為提升學院專業帶頭人、骨(gu)干教師(shi)和教學管(guan)理(li)人員(yuan)的(de)教育教學理(li)念和管(guan)理(li)水平(ping),2012年7月山(shan)東(dong)職業學院組織30名(ming)專任(ren)教師(shi)和管(guan)理(li)干部參加了(le)由新加坡南洋理(li)工學院舉辦(ban)的(de)“辦(ban)學理(li)念與教學管(guan)理(li)研修班”。培訓(xun)團(tuan)由祝瑞花副院長擔(dan)任(ren)團(tuan)長,李立、湯華東(dong)、吳(wu)書鋒、李新華擔(dan)任(ren)副團(tuan)長。
學院黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委高度重視此(ci)次培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)工作,提(ti)出了(le)“既要保證(zheng)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)質量,又要保證(zheng)團隊(dui)成員安全(quan)”的總體(ti)要求(qiu)。為確保培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)工作順利進行,培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)團成立(li)臨時(shi)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部,由(you)祝瑞花同志(zhi)擔任(ren)(ren)臨時(shi)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部書(shu)記,杜樹元同志(zhi)擔任(ren)(ren)臨時(shi)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部副書(shu)記,臨時(shi)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部委員由(you)李(li)(li)立(li)、湯華(hua)東、吳書(shu)鋒、李(li)(li)新華(hua)、牟萬全(quan)等同志(zhi)擔任(ren)(ren),臨時(shi)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部負責培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)有關(guan)重大事情(qing)的決策。
祝(zhu)瑞花(hua)副院長(chang)組織召(zhao)開了(le)(le)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)團(tuan)全(quan)體成(cheng)員會議(yi),宣(xuan)布(bu)了(le)(le)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)團(tuan)組織機構,強調了(le)(le)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)紀律(lv),提出了(le)(le)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)的具體要求。祝(zhu)瑞花(hua)指出,參加培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)人員要珍惜(xi)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)機會,加強組織觀(guan)念,嚴格培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)紀律(lv),認(ren)真梳(shu)理培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)內容,寫(xie)出培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)體會,做好培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)總結,提出今后改革思路。
培(pei)訓班開班儀式(shi)上,祝瑞花代表山(shan)東職業(ye)學(xue)院(yuan)向新(xin)加(jia)坡南(nan)洋理工學(xue)院(yuan)有關(guan)領導介(jie)紹了學(xue)院(yuan)辦(ban)學(xue)中(zhong)(zhong)取得的(de)(de)成(cheng)績(ji)和開展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)“中(zhong)(zhong)華美德進(jin)萬(wan)(wan)家”活(huo)(huo)動,詮(quan)釋了“知能共(gong)進(jin)、德道同優”的(de)(de)校訓和“立德樹人”、“就業(ye)靠專業(ye),發展(zhan)(zhan)憑素質”的(de)(de)育人理念,并向南(nan)洋理工學(xue)院(yuan)贈送了《中(zhong)(zhong)華傳(chuan)統美德警句名言(yan)》等(deng)書(shu)籍。南(nan)洋理工學(xue)院(yuan)對我(wo)院(yuan)辦(ban)學(xue)中(zhong)(zhong)取得的(de)(de)成(cheng)績(ji)及開展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)“中(zhong)(zhong)華美德進(jin)萬(wan)(wan)家”活(huo)(huo)動給予了高度評(ping)價。

為了(le)鞏固培(pei)(pei)訓成果,培(pei)(pei)訓團要(yao)求各小組做好培(pei)(pei)訓總(zong)結(jie)(jie)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,結(jie)(jie)合培(pei)(pei)訓內容(rong)深入開展研討,并(bing)就(jiu)下一步如何進行教(jiao)學改(gai)革進行思考,寫出體會和建議(yi)。每(mei)個參培(pei)(pei)人員(yuan)也(ye)要(yao)提交培(pei)(pei)訓總(zong)結(jie)(jie),結(jie)(jie)合各自(zi)從事(shi)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,提出具有較強針對性的(de)教(jiao)學改(gai)革方案或管理工(gong)(gong)(gong)作改(gai)進建議(yi)。
本次赴(fu)新加坡培訓(xun)活動(dong),參培專任教師和(he)管(guan)理(li)干(gan)部開拓了國際視野,提(ti)升(sheng)了教學(xue)理(li)念(nian)和(he)管(guan)理(li)理(li)念(nian),為改進(jin)今后(hou)的工(gong)作奠定(ding)了良好的基礎,是一種有效的師資培訓(xun)途徑。同(tong)時也通過此次培訓(xun)交(jiao)流(liu)活動(dong)宣(xuan)傳了我院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)“中華美德進(jin)萬家”活動(dong),還為我院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)今后(hou)面向全(quan)國職(zhi)業院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)校開展師資培訓(xun)提(ti)供了借鑒。
